Lunch N' Learn

Today’s talk will showcase alternative and creative forms of storytelling that capture the most important elements of recovery through the eyes of Veterans who have experienced it. Some stories are spoken or written, some painted or crafted, some are a distinct aroma. Also presented will be Veterans’ own words describing their experiences telling stories and choosing mediums. In addition, the author will share his own personal growth and development throughout this process, including reflections on the value of stories, the risks of stories, and lessons learned.
