Tracey’s work with youth and families began in 1991 when she was the Executive Director of a small not-for-profit corporation in Sandpoint, Idaho. From there she worked for private therapeutic boarding schools in Idaho and Vermont, until she decided to further her education, receiving an MSW from Smith College School for Social Work. This led to work in a children’s psychiatric hospital in Rhode Island where she served as an individual, family and group therapist for five years, and finally a return to N. Idaho in 2009. Tracey is currently the lead therapist and clinical supervisor for Family Support Services of N. Idaho. She is the former chair of the Idaho Chapter of PRA, and has facilitated numerous trainings for the CPRP and the live training for the Children’s Certificate program. She is also an adjunct faculty with Boise State University School for Social Work. Tracey is committed to helping individuals understand their own behaviors, and teaching effective skills that offer support during difficult times.
