If you are participating as faculty for multiple sessions, please indicate whether this form applies to all of your presentations, or for a specific presentation (if so, please enter the title of the presentation in the next question, and submit the form again with any requests for your other presentations).
Each session room will be equipped with LCD Projector and projection screen, Laptop, Wireless Slide Advancer, Laptop Audio Patch, and Podium Mic (not a Lav Mic). Please indicate any special requests or accomodations for your presentation. Please note: special requests cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accomodate.
