Chapter/Affiliate Page Update Request

Please enter the date(s) of the event. If a single day event, feel free to provide the start and end time for the event. If a recurring event, please provide details (i.e. The first Tuesday of every month, from 1/1/2019 until 6/4/2019).

Please enter the address, hotel name, and/or city and state of the event. If an online event, please indicate so (we will ask for the link later, so simply submit "online" or "webinar" at this time).

Please provide a link to the registration site for the event. If the event does not have a link, please provide other information (i.e. "no registration necessary; to participate, call in at 555-555-1234, passcode 123456#" or "Call Jane Doe to register at 555-555-1234").

Please provide any secondary link(s) for the event; for instance, if you are still accepting RFP applications, provide that link (and, preferably, the submission deadline). You may also provide links to the facebook/meetup/linkedin event pages, the hotel room block reservation link (and, preferably, the deadline and the reduced rate to list). If submitting multiple links, please number them and submit on separate lines using the return/enter key. This text box may be expanded to allow for longer submissions.
